At Credofina Fintech Private Limited, we prioritize transparency and customer trust. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the rules and conditions for refunds, payment cancellations, and related financial procedures for all our loan products and financial services.

No Refund Policy on Loans

Credofina is a loan service provider. Once a loan is processed, approved, and disbursed, no refunds or cancellations can be made for:

• Loan processing fees
• Verification or administrative charges
• Convenience or platform fees
• Any service charges already utilized during processing

Processing Fee & Charges

All processing fees and associated service charges are collected for the evaluation of the application. These fees are non-refundable irrespective of:

• Loan approval or rejection
• Cancellation by the customer
• Failure to provide required documents

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your loan application before disbursal. However:

• Processing fee already paid will not be refunded
• Any verification completed will be chargeable
• No cancellation is possible after loan disbursal

Duplicate Payment Refunds

If a customer accidentally makes a duplicate online payment toward EMI or any other service, Credofina will:

• Verify the transaction internally
• Initiate refund to the original payment method within 7–14 working days

EMI Payments

EMI payments once made cannot be refunded. Any excess amount will be adjusted toward:

• Upcoming EMI dues
• Outstanding loan balance
