Accepted Modes of Payment

Credofina accepts the following payment modes:

• UPI
• Net Banking
• Debit Card / Credit Card
• IMPS / NEFT / RTGS
• NACH Auto-Debit Mandates
• Wallets (where supported)

Loan Repayment Terms

• EMIs must be paid on or before the due date.
• Your auto-debit mandate must remain active during your loan term.
• Late payments may attract penalty charges mentioned in your loan agreement.

Payment Confirmation

All successful payments will receive an immediate confirmation through email and SMS.

Some payments may take 24–72 hours to reflect depending on bank processing times.

Failed or Pending Transactions

If your payment fails but the amount is debited, it will usually be refunded by your bank within 3–7 business days.

For pending or stuck payments, please contact our support team with a transaction reference number.

Charges & Fees

Depending on your loan type, the following may apply:

• Processing Fee
• Late Payment Charges
• NACH Rejection Fee
• Statutory Charges (GST, etc.)

Payment Security

We use secure payment gateways and follow strict RBI-compliant data protection guidelines.

Credofina will never ask for your banking passwords, OTP, or PIN.
